It really doesn’t do anything? I saw it on videos and it looked so glowy and pretty but as soon as you put it on, it melts in and disappears. Doesn’t stay glowy, doesn’t leave any tack for your makeup, and it doesn’t feel hydrating at all. I had pretty high hopes for this one being a glazed or glowy primer, but it literally did nothing.
